FOUR JUDGES

Jamie Horridge – Managing Director, THE SQUAD MANAGEMENT

Jamie Horridge had a career working for multiple esteemed model agencies but quickly identified a gap in the market for a different kind of company. In 2016, he launched The Squad Management, which has since become a trailblazer for diversity and positive company ethics in the fashion industry. Today, The Squad Management represents some of the biggest names in modeling, including Jordan Dunn, Sacha Quenby, and Winnie Harlow.

Paul Marc Mitchell – Fashion Photographer, Creative Director

Paul's work has graced the covers of magazines, books and record sleeves. In both photography and graphic design, Paul has worked with some of the world's most creative and talented clients, from the Royal Opera House to the British Film Institute, Louis Theroux to Lord Alan Sugar and from Alfie Boe to Sir Paul McCartney.

Nina-Sophia Miralles – Editorial Director, LONDNR

Nina-Sophia is a London-based writer and editor specialising in the arts, culture, history and fashion. In 2015 she founded LONDNR, a digital and print publication where she remains at the helm, putting together a lively, eccentric magazine full of insightful essays, intriguing histories and exquisitely penned fashion edits (if we may so boldly claim). LONDNR Magazine is a retreat for the literary; indulgent reading for the curious mind.

Morgan Evans – Director GERMAIN WALKER (Photographer’s Agency)

A dedicated photo agent and producer, Morgan Evans is passionate about promoting female-led art. Recognized as one of AOP's Top Ten Women of Influence in 2024, she currently serves as the director of the legendary agency Germain Walker.

MENTOR

Barrett King – Photographer, Stylist & Creative Director.
