LONDNR presents…

Our mission is to provide quality coverage of cultural topics, whilst supporting the creative scene in our capital. So in keeping with this ethos, this September, we’re launching a brand-new column written by the Christopher Mills, celebrated party planner to the stars and BBC Three presenter.

‘The Weekly News Muse’ will be an erudite round-up of Christopher’s adventures around the city; where they’ve been, what they thought, and, most crucially, why you should go. A lover of beauty and a keen critic, Christopher’s commentary will open reader’s eyes and make them see the city in new ways.

Intended to be the antithesis of copy-pasted listings and paid-for promotions in the likes of Time Out, ‘The Weekly News Muse’ will be a thoughtful directory of recommendations curated by Christopher.

LONDNR INTERVIEWS

Media Matters: Meet the Indies Changing the Industry

When we were working on our MEDIA issue, we thought a lot about the negative tropes perpetuated relentlessly by mainstream titles. We thought how glad we were to be doing something different. And we thought about the other passionate founders and industry trailblazers whom we admire.

‘Media Matters: The Indies Changing the Industry’ is a short interview series in which we speak to leading lights of independent media in the UK. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s really like, or aspired to work in magazines, we hope you benefit from this honest insight.
